Unscrewing the Inscrutable

Waiter, I think this wine is corked . . .

In Search of Excellence
Every once in a while a product comes along that just completely out-classes all other similar products. In business-speak these are called "category-killers", since they render all competition obsolete, and become the defining brand in that category. Think of products, brands, or companies like Xerox, FedEx, Coca Cola, Levi's, Avis, etc. Sure, some of them may have faded or been surpassed, but each of them are the most identifiable within their business categories. All companies strive to hit that home run called the category killer, it's what fuels Research & Development departments the world over. Where is this leading, and what does it have to do with your wine, you may ask?
Well, in our never-ending quest to bring you the finest wine-related things available to man, we have found the ultimate corkscrew. Now, if you're anything like me you probably have a drawer full of corkscrews that were either given to you by a well-meaning aunt, or came taped to a wine bottle or box as a value-add incentive to buy the product. Throw them away! All of them! You only need one corkscrew, and we've found it. How about a corkscrew so cool that Bono of U2 just had to have his photo taken with one? Click here to see a demonstration, then be the first on your block to have one in your kitchen. No self-respecting wine consumer should be without one!
Further note: We're pretty sure Peter isn't getting an endorsement deal for the corkscrew, and in any case, a tip of the hat to Bonnie Adams from Barley, Malt & Vine, Saint John N.B. for sending in the link.

PS: Rumors about Peter Mill's secret identity as a rock star may be slightly exaggerated.
