20th Anniversary Limited Edition
Ah, they grow up so fast . . . sniff!
The moment you've been waiting for! Winexpert (and me) are proud to present our 2009 Limited Edition line-up. Chosen from the best wines of the last 20 years, we've brought back some exciting varieties and blend, from great growing regions and prestigious vineyards.
For those of you not quite as up-to-speed on just what the heck I mean by Limited Edition, every year from January to April Winexpert releases limited quantities
of five special wine varieties. Because they're limited in quantity we ask folks to pre-order to make sure they don't miss what turns out to be a very popular boat--and once that boat pulls out to the station, that train has sailed.
2009 marks the 20th Anniversary of the Selection Limited Edition program. For this year's release, to commemorate the occasion, Winexpert is bringing back five of the most popular Selection Limited Edition varieties of all time:
January |
South African Shiraz, originally offered in January 2006 |
January |
California Lake County Trio Blanca (dry), originally offered in January 2005 |
February |
Australian Petit Verdot, originally offered in April 2004 |
March |
Pacific Quartet (off-dry), originally offered in March 2007 |
April | Italian Brunello, originally offered in April 2007 |
In celebration we're also rockin' a new website with a cool contest and fabulous prizes! For more information on the wines check here, or my Youtube Channel (that's it over there on the left side of the screen) to see my full-colour presentation fo the Limited program, along with my very special Limited Edition Director's Cut DVD Extra: How To Taste Wine.
Man, this is like Christmas, my birthday, and a sleepless night all in one! I'm going to make four Petit Verdot this time around, and six . . . well, let's just say I'm not taking any chances this time!
